I recently had the opportunity to make use of your sales services for the first time. My first telephone call was very politely and friendly handled by a lady who answered the call. As she could not assist with all my questions, she offered to give my contact details to someone who would be able to assist.

Chad Daniels contacted me and from the beginning he was very friendly and helpful. He helped and explained and then offered to bring the product to our premises, which I greatly appreciated as I do not always have transport available. He arrived promptly as arranged telephonically.  He helped to unpack the item and explained how the machine works with the different parts etc. All the time being very friendly and polite. He assisted with the purchase in the comfort of our home, without me having to drive all the way to Cape Town. This is really excellent service.
