Sintered diamond bur is one in which the head of the instrument is made of diamond particles
and a binder material which produces a very dense, even wearing and longer lasting matrix.
Outlasts electroplated burs many life times over.
Cuts fast and efficiently stays sharp by regenerating sharp edges when compressed
sinter exposes new layers.
Very important note that you do not exceed the recommended RPM. Sintered burs lose
efficiency at too great a speed.
Slow down and let the diamonds and the hand piece do the work for you.
