Q: How long until I get my order from placing online?
A: If all items are in stock, you have checked and confirmed the quotation, made payment for your order with special reference number, then we will ship when the payment reflects in our account. It will take 2-5 days to get your order (courier service and area dependent).
Q: What payments do we accept?
A: EFT into our account (please be sure to use the correct reference) or payment on collection in store.
Q: What happens when we have no stock?
A: We can put your item on back order – be sure to get estimated order time .
Q: Shipping hazardous goods?
A: We can only ship locally. Take care when using hazardous goods.
Q: What are our shipping options?
- Local courier 24-48hrs
- Express road freight 48-72hrs
- Post Office is not recommended and not insured
- Overnight 24hrs
- Economy Freight 72-120hrs
Q: What is our return policy?
A: Original slip must be provided. 10% handling fee on all REFUNDS. Goods are generally of a technical nature and care needs to be taken while using them. Exchanges must be done within 7 days.
Q: Do we ship overseas?
A: YES! We will quote in shipping costs once we see country and order dimensions.
